The For All Healthy Living Company

FAHLC is a third sector, social enterprise based in an area with high social and economic deprivation in Weston-super-Mare. Through local consultation a partnership of local residents and agencies came together to create a community building. They were able to attract a range of funding and the centre was opened two years ago. It uniquely encompasses a GP surgery, Community Hall and Café, a combined Anglican and Methodist Church, a Children’s Centre, a local authority information point and library as well as meeting and training spaces. It is run by an independent board consisting of five partner agencies and six local residents.
